Hi, I’m Maria Corazon E. Basto, a General Virtual Assistant, Administrative Professional, and Creative with over 18 years of experience helping businesses stay organized, efficient, and ready to grow.
My journey started in the financial industry, where I spent years managing branch operations, leading teams, and providing customer-centered service. Along the way, I discovered my love for structure, communication, and problem-solving, and how much I enjoy making someone’s workday smoother behind the scenes.
As the digital world evolved, so did I. I leaned into tools like Canva, Google Workspace, Capcut, Meta Business Suite, and more to expand my skill set and support entrepreneurs, startups, and service providers, not just with admin tasks, but also with social media and content creation.
Today, I combine corporate-level reliability with a creative touch. Whether I’m organizing inboxes, coordinating schedules, formatting reports, or designing posts, my goal is always the same: to give business owners more time, less stress, and better flow.

I work independently with minimal supervision, but I thrive in collaborative environments. Whether it’s through Slack, WhatsApp, or Zoom, I keep communication clear, updates consistent, and teamwork seamless, so everyone stays aligned, on task, and moving forward.
